The Villa Ilona is located just 150 meters from the eight kilometers of beach promenade on the Baltic Sea. The sunny and modern furnished apartment with a combined dining and living room and two bedrooms was built of 2008. All windows have blinds. In the cold season you will enjoy the underfloor heating. In bad weather, you can be pampered in the only about 100 meters away Ostseetherme.
Apartment Villa Ilona:
The apartment is new, stylish and comfortable. It is geared for 4 people and has direct access to the balcony. The apartment has 2 bedrooms each for two people, a kitchen fully equipped and with a large bathroom mi shower and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and crockery. The apartment has a television with satellite connection and a stereo. A deposit of 50,00 € will be collected on the spot upon arrival. On the property opposite is currently a construction site. It may cause some noise. The room rate therefore includes a 10% discount.
Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 19:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
