Weekend getaway with family

The house was so beautiful and nice. Everyone had their own room and beds. Close to some of our favorite stores to shop and restaurants. The pedestrian bridge was amazing. The zoo was excellent. And the fun plex waterpark was great.

Property was as described. We had 8 adults and 3 children. Squeezing everyone in the dining room for dinner was a little tricky; but we made it work; and having an extra folding table in the closet was great. Otherwise we at breakfast in shifts with only 6 chairs around the table; or 3 on barstools in the kitchen. There was also a nice table and chairs area off the dining room outdoors, but it was too chilly when we were there to take advantage of that option. We parked one car in the garage and two in the driveway; but there was also room to park on the street. We loved having room to spread out; as well as having the space in the living room and dining area for all of us to visit. With three bedrooms downstairs, it was easy for one family to break away for bedtime routines with the children without extra distractions. Plenty of plates, cups and silverware. The only things missing were steak knives. Otherwise, the property was well stocked and the ice maker/water in the door of the refrigerator worked great.We didn't get the code to the house until the morning when we were scheduled to arrive, and that made me a little nervous. We certainly didn't want to drive three hours and not be able to get in. The three separate families that stayed all agreed that this was a great choice and it met our needs. Half of our group went to the zoo and the others went golfing. After we checked out, we spent a couple hours at top golf. Great proximity to both.

This house was located in a quiet neighborhood and was easy to find. The rooms were nice. The beds were okay, but not as comfortable as others I have stayed in. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything you needed. It was very clean.

Beautiful home. Don't let the outside fool you. It is spacious enough for a whole family.

At first glance from the outside, you would think this home doesn't seem like it can accommodate a large family. But just walk through the front door and get ready for your mind to be blown away. The home is beautiful throughout and highly functional. There are bedrooms on the main level for persons who are not able to traverse the stairs easily. Comfortable furniture throughout and nice appliances in the kitchen. Great place to stay for a large or small family.

Baseball trip to omaha

6 Little Leaguers and 8 adults from MN stayed at the house for 4 nights. We had a great time. The kids loved the air hockey and ping pong table. The patio was great and we used the grill several times. The house was about a 1.5 miles walk to the college baseball stadium using the walking bridge. We made 3 trips to the park. While the house isn't fancy, it was very functional for our group. My wife forgot something meaningful at the house. She contacted the owner and he is going to mail it to us. She was grateful.

Lots of room/Great for families.

Nick and Min’s property was a fantastic stay! We couldn’t believe all the room for our 13 family members! The living room/dining area made great places to gather to talk, eat, and do crafts. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was wonderful considering we had highs in the 90s when we stayed. I would point out there are 5 bedrooms, no 6th bedroom with futons or pull out couch as listed. The 3 couches are in the upstairs(2) and downstairs living rooms (1). They are for sitting only. We asked and decided to bring our own air mattress. The owner did ask if we would need one. Also a huge plus was the hot water and excellent shower pressure for everyone. Individual dishes were plentiful, but ended up buying some serving dishes (13x9 pan) and pitcher to adequately accommodate our large group for meals. Plenty of linens! A little hiccup with the cleaning staff as garbage was missed from previous stay in the garage, and some missing dish soap, but that was remedied. Overall, a good experience! So much better than a hotel stay. Within walking distance to the pedestrian bridge and close driving distance to the zoo and other sights.

Hello. My name is Nick and together with my husband Min, we host and co-host our STRs. We are both hard-working professionals. Nick is a QA lab supervisor and Min is a Physical therapist. We both love STRs and use them frequently while traveling.

It is perfect for larger families or nice quiet get togethers. It is really close to Omaha downtown (5min by car) or 40min by walk through the main Omaha attraction (Bob Kerry bridge). It sits in a quiet and safe neighborhood will east access to I-80 as well.
