Charming 3 bedroom 2 bath farmhouse located 1 mile outside Comfort, TX and only 20 minutes from the wine country of Fredericksburg, TX. Located on the 112 year old Historic Biermann Ranch and completely updated in 2020 from top to bottom, take in the cows in the pasture and towering oak trees that shade the home. The freestanding soaking tub in the master bedroom along with the marble floors, countertop and tile throughout make for a relaxing place to unwind from city life and enjoy true Texas Hill Country living. The pool table is great for family fun while being steps away from the open kitchen great for meals with the family at the table or bar. 2 bedrooms have a queen bed and 1 bedroom is fit with a king bed and daybed with trundle perfect for the little ones. Fully fenced in with over an acre of space, the backyard is perfect for throwing corn hole, bbq'ing, and enjoying the fire pit with s'mores. With a large sectional in the living room and plenty of space for family and friends, Das Biermann Haus is sure to meet all your dreams in a true Hill Country getaway!

Relaxing Stay

This was a stitching retreat with several girlfriends. This was a perfect place to relax and have fun. Great layout and plenty of room for four people. It’s very safe as it’s behind a gate so no uninvited guests. Sarah was super helpful and recommended places to eat. She was very accommodating as we had to move from our original date. We will be back!

Texas Hospitality

Spacious, private, and relaxing surroundings inside and out, especially for our large family gathering. While relaxing on the back porch, we had a few deer and armadillo visitors! It has modern appliances and many entertainment options. Sarah is great and also sprinkles around creature comforts such as snacks and toiletries that you forgot to bring. We stayed three nights and have no complaints at all and will certainly visit again.

Hill country State parks trip

We stayed with 5 - 17-18 yr olds, three dogs, two grandmothers my wife and I and the place slept all of us comfortably. Don’t miss old tunnel state park while at this house - 13 miles away. Sarah is an excellent host and responsive to every request. Plenty of deer to spot on the property and even managed to see a fox one evening. Excellent house and host, recommended strongly.

Girls trip!

We had such a blast! Sarah thought of EVERYTHING there were even movies and games available. I our girls trip so nice and relaxing exactly what we needed. The house was extremely beautiful and when the power went out for a little because of the weather Sarah was readily available to answer any questions we had. I’m definitely coming back!!

Wedding Weekend

This property was IMMACULATE! It looked like everything was brand new and never touched by human hands! The home was spacious and comfortable for our group of 7 adults and was well stocked with everything you would need: utensils/pots/pans, trash bags, towels, coffee, waters, welcome snacks, toilet paper, you name it! Beds were comfortable and linens were soft. The backyard was a great place to gather and the fire pit was a great s’mores maker! Anything you want to have a comfortable stay is included with this home. etc.

Lovely home, close but far away!

Sarah was an awesome host from initial contact on. Communicative, concise and super helpful. House was beautiful. Totally redone inside and very well appointed. Tons of extras for visitors; pool table, back yard games, wireless speaker etc... Beds were awesome! The location is close to town but also remote. Great back porch for relaxing. Would absolutely stay here again. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Such a wonderful time!

It was my wife's birthday and I looked for a place to stay closer to Fredericksburg but wasn't going to spend the crazy money they were asking and I'm so glad for it. It caused me to look for more opinions and then I found this wonderful home and host. The house was perfect and clean. Fully equipped with everything you could need. The host's attention to detail was amazing! You can't go wrong with choosing this house for your next visit to the hill county!

AWESOME

This was hands down one of the best VRBO’s I have stayed at. My mom and I were greeted with the warmest welcome. You walk into this house and immediately feel warm and cozy. I LOVE all the special touches the owners have put inside the house. The special touches ranged from a specialized card, to snacks, to goodie basket in the bathrooms, and water in the fridge. This house has it all. OH!!!! And the bathtub in the master is so AWESOME. I woke up every morning to deer in the front/ backyard.You can just sit in bed and watch the deer graze and wonder off. The owners are SO sweet and very prompt. Thank you for letting us stay in your home. We will definitely be back.

The house is very nicely decorated inside. Clean and comfortable with an extra large master suite and bath. Everybody with us was happy with the accommodations and would want to go back. We were in Comfort for a wedding and it’s conveniently located to at least two wedding venues.If you like country air, this is the place for you!
