Newly renovated in January of 2019, this 6 bedroom/4.5 bath beauty features a large, private, tropically landscaped backyard with heated pool and hot tub, gas grill, swim up tiki, and covered tiki bar area with flat screen TV. Two Pina Coladas is west of Gulf Drive less than a block from Anna Maria's beautiful white sand beaches with no busy streets to cross! In addition to the superb backyard and proximity to the beach, this handsome Holmes Beach hideaway is just steps from the free island trolley. Inside Two Pina Coladas are 10' ceilings, granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, a large flat screen HDTV with DVD player, and wireless internet. The game room on the ground floor offers Ping Pong, Foosball, Putting Green, and a Golden Tee arcade game. There are 2 king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 2 king bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bath in between them, 2 twin beds in the 5th bedroom, and a twin trundle in the 6th bedroom. Great family home but very noisy

The home was great but the road beside the house was terribly noisy all week both night and day.

Spring Break 2023

This is a fabulous property! Location is short walk to beach on a residential street. House is perfect for large families. Pool and outside area perfect for day and night family time. We loved our stay and would come back every year if possible!

Big, but shady beach house

Close to beach, but need a car to go everywhere else. Backyard of house was too shady for me. Couldn’t find sun in the yard or while in the pool. Only place that had sun was upper balconies. Safety alarms on back doors were good, but annoying for our group as we went in and out a lot. Overall it was a nice big house that could accommodate a family of 10 comfortably.

Family vacation

This property was even better than the pictures. Loved the pool and hot tub! So close to the beach, had everything you need to spend the day at the beach and return to watch the sunset in the evening. Communication with AMI locals was fantastic! Had a great week with my family!
