The apartments are located in a 2005 newly built holiday house with a total of 6 apartments of different sizes with 2 or 3 rooms for 1-4 persons in the center of Koserow, just over 500 meters from the Baltic Sea promenade. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. All apartments have a daylight bathroom with shower and towel warmer, heating and an electric tiled stove. The apartments are furnished to a high standard.

Schöne Wohnung, super Lage

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einer gut ausgestatteten FeWo. Neue Küche, bequeme Betten, geschmackvolle und trotzdem zweckmäßige Einrichtung. Die Lage ist außerdem super: Mit unserem 4-jährigem Sohn sind wir auf dem kurzen Weg zum Strand am Spielplatz gegenüber vorbei. Bäcker, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sogar Karls Erlebnishof sind (wenn man möchte) fußläufig erreichbar. Für uns eine super Kombination. Auch der Check-In und -Out liefen reibungslos. Top!
