Designed for up to 2 guests seeking peace, privacy, and a romantic seaside escape, it features:

* A bright bedroom overlooking a quiet inner courtyard (140 × 190 cm double bed) — completely sheltered from street noise
* A functional bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet
* A fully equipped kitchen (cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, cookware, and tableware)
* A comfortable living area with a sofa, TV, and dining table

To ensure complete transparency and help you plan your stay, please note:

* Access is via a narrow wooden staircase, typical of 19th-century Norman fisherman’s houses, and may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility or large luggage
* The bathroom is compact and efficiently designed (walk-in shower) — comfortable for two guests but less suitable for larger body types
* High-speed Wi-Fi is provided through an unlimited 4G+ connection (up to 60 Mbps, ideal for streaming and remote work). Fiber installation is scheduled from the end of June
* There is no air conditioning, which is generally unnecessary in Trouville thanks to the refreshing sea breeze, even during summer

## Emplacement
Located 200 km from Paris, on the Côte Fleurie, Trouville seduces with its picturesque fishing port, the charm of its seaside resort and the richness of its architectural heritage. Trouville was lucky to have been discovered by the artists. It was in 1825 that Charles Mozin, a landscape painter, was seduced by the resort. Back in Paris, he continues to extol its charms and exhibits his paintings in the Parisian salons, thus awakening the curiosity of other artists, painters, writers, finally quickly arousing the interest of all the good Parisian society. It is at this time that we see set up on the seaside of splendid villas, hotels and casinos. All these buildings today form a rich architectural heritage for the resort.
