Warm and Spacious Home Near Town/Lake - Private Hot Tub & Pool Table
Warm and spacious Spring Mountain Ranch home just a short bike ride to town or Ponderosa Park and only 20 minutes to the ski lifts at Brundage or 30 minutes to Tamarack.
This cabin is great for gathering family and friends with plenty of space to spread out. Bring the family together in the large open family room and relax next to the cozy fireplace or socialize from the spacious/fully equipped kitchen while you showcase your culinary talents. With three ovens it’s a perfect space to prepare a large family dinner.
Entertaining adults and kids is easy with two large family rooms with large screen TVs, a spacious loft with pool table & ping pong and a large bunk room/bonus room with a TV for the kids to enjoy. Outside you'll find a spacious deck with a Weber gas BBQ and a private hot tub. The house has high speed wireless Internet.
When it’s time to catch some zzzz, you have rooms to choose from! On the main floor there’s a large bedroom suite (king bed) with its own bathroom (jetted tub only). Upstairs there are 3 additional bedrooms (queen beds) plus a large bunkroom (3 twins & bunk bed) and a separate bathroom. The main floor has a separate bathroom with shower. The perfect amount of space to give everyone places to gather and escape.
Looking to get some work done? There’s a spacious separate den on the main floor with a desk and monitor + wireless kb/mouse that you can plug right into to get those final zoom calls taken care of before sneaking away to the slopes, the lake or the golf course!
For your convenience the home is equipped with a washer and dryer along with YouTube TV with more than 80+ TV channels and use the smart TV for other streaming apps that you can log into.
Location: The house is centrally located for a short bike ride to the lakefront, town or Ponderosa park. The community pool/tennis/fitness center is a short walk from the home (pool and tennis are available in the summer). For downhill skiing there are two great choices nearby - Brundage is a quick 20-minute drive from the house and Tamarack is 30 minutes away. Cross-country skiing and snow-shoeing options are within minutes as well.
Pets: One dog is welcome, only upon approval, with an additional fee. Please inquire before making a reservation.
Parking: There is space for 2 vehicles in the driveway (room for one more upon request) and 2 in the garage. The City of McCall rules do not allow any street parking so please make sure all vehicles are in the garage or driveway. Please note: the garage has two standard size one car bays and fits most standard size cars easily, but may not fit large trucks. While we regularly clear snow off the driveway it does have a slope to it, so we recommend that winter guests have AWD/4WD to ensure they have no issues getting in and out of the driveway/garage during winter months when snow is heavy.
Quiet Hours: City of McCall strictly enforces quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
No events, parties or large gatherings. Additional guests outside those that are confirmed with your reservation are not permitted.
Minimum age to book is 25 and guests making the reservation must also be at the home during the stay.

We're an Idaho family that loves to escape outdoors for downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking, hiking, golfing and fishing. McCall is our favorite place to escape. We love the environment and the people!
Why they chose this property
This home is perfectly situated to all the fun activities surrounding McCall. It's less than a 5-minute drive into McCall with easy access to both Brundage and Tamarack for great skiing. Ponderosa Park, a short bike ride away, is great for biking, hiking and cross- country skiing. The home is near the bike path and the community center for swimming and tennis (summertime).
