After about 5 minutes on foot you reach the train station, the Sparkasse, an Aldi and Edeka market, restaurants and a snack.

Bathroom with shower and toilet. In the kitchen you find from the microwave on freezer until saucepan everything you need for cooking. The entire apartment has laminate or Tiles as flooring and is heated by underfloor heating. Furthermore, it is equipped with external blinds. You would like to enjoy the breakfast outside? No problem. On the cozy terrace is a super breakfast and enjoy the morning sun. the initial bed linen and towels is included in the rent.
