Gîte du Clos Villier, fully renovated and in a quiet location

Recharge your batteries in the heart of the Auxois in our independent cottage located in a very quiet environment and suitable for families with young children.

The accommodation is located in the heart of an old fortified farm, as evidenced by two towers still in place, including a beautiful dovecote. You can access "La Terrasse", a high garden with fruit trees and vegetable garden, which offers a 180° view of the hills of Auxois and the Morvan. Barbecue and children's games available.

Our cottage includes a living room with equipped kitchen (dishwasher, cooking piano, microwave, fridge and washing machine) and lounge area (with sofa bed and TV), a bathroom with toilet, then upstairs a master bedroom with double bed 180x200cm and a smaller bedroom with two twin beds 80x200cm, which can be brought together to make a double bed 160x200cm. Blackout curtains, sheets, shower towels and tea towels included.

We have all the necessary equipment to accommodate a baby, to be claimed in advance; cot, potty, changing mat, play mat, deckchair, high chair.

Access not PRM because you have to climb an external staircase to access the cottage.

Our cottage is 15 minutes from exit 23 on the A6 motorway, between Paris and Lyon and 15 minutes from the Montbard TGV station (1 hour from Paris). Not far away, you can discover Semur-en-Auxois, Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, the castle of Bussy-le-Grand, the Burgundy canal by bike or boat, the site of Alesia, the Auxois Park-Zoo or the abbey of Fontenay.

Within a radius of 45min to 1h45 drive, you can also enjoy Vezelay, Guédelon, Chateauneuf, Dijon, Beaune and the famous wine route, the Ouche valley, the Morvan and its lakes.
