For your vacation in Tuscany, this splendid detached vacation home with private pool awaits you in Fauglia, a small village near Pisa, with a large private and fenced outdoor area, privacy and well located to visit Pisa, San Miniato, Volterra, Florence or to reach the beaches of the Etruscan coast (only 20 minutes by car). In the pool area (salt water) you will find a carefully furnished and equipped area with outdoor kitchen, ideal for your outdoor meals. The accommodation offers a soccer field, games for children and trekking and mountain biking trails that start directly from the house and extend inside the property for about 2.5 km. The outdoor area, garden, forest and trekking trails are part of the property of about 7 hectares.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to two pets are allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open mid May - mid Oct..
