The property boasts of a spacious backyard with a private play ground for kids and a private pool with a large deck. The Heritage Country Club golf course is about 10 minutes away from the Villa. There are also several other golf courses under 20 minutes that surround the Villa. There are several lakes that are within 20 minutes from the Villa. Downtown Worcester is about 20 minutes away from the Villa as well and there you can find a variety of restaurants, night clubs, entertainment activities, Worcester Polytechnic Institute University. There are 2 Walmarts that are about 15 minutes each away from the Villa. One of the Walmart's is located within a shopping plaza. You will enjoy being home but away from home in this Villa
