Cocoonr offers this charming 50 m² air-conditioned flat for rent in Sainte-Maxime, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it comprises a pretty 19 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom (with bath). For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, iron.

- A 13.6m² south-facing terrace on the lounge side, with furniture
- A 3.5m² bedroom terrace with furniture
The flat is ideally located in Sainte-Maxime, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Relax on Sainte-Maxime's fine sandy beaches, ideal for swimming and lounging.
- Spend a day with the family at Aqualand (3 km), with its waterslides and fun pools.
- Explore Port Grimaud and Saint-Tropez, two coastal jewels just a short drive away.
- Hike in the Massif des Maures or the Esterel to discover nature and panoramic views.
