Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 2 rooms (from which 1 bedroom), is 40 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with stove in all rooms (wood/coal). Information: The price for the firewood is approx. 0.1 cm³ = €10.00. (0.1 cm³ is a shelf full) If necessary, the wood can be refilled. The entrance leads directly in the hallway with wardrobe and doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom as intersecting room and with 1 additional bed at sitting area, fireplace, TV, radio and the extra bed is suitable for 2 persons. Bedroom with 1 double bed. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 4 chairs. Kitchen with dinette, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received only in national language per satellite.


Location
Wutha-Farnroda, district Mosbach. The holiday home is located on an enclosed forest property with a meadow, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. There are five other unrenovated houses on the large property. Due to the optimal location, you can start numerous hikes and mountain bike tours directly from your front door, as the Rennsteig—the most famous high-altitude hiking trail in the Thuringian Forest—is only a few minutes away. Access is directly from the main road (paved). Parking on the property.

Due to the central location in the Thuringian Forest, many well-known excursion destinations can be easily and quickly reached, e.g., the Wartburg 11 km as well as the Bach and Luther House in Eisenach 10 km, the treetop path in the Hainich National Park, the Mini-a-thür in Ruhla, the EGA Garden and Leisure Park Erfurt, the Hörselberge as well as the cities of Erfurt and Weimar.
