Marie-Claire welcomes you to this small, cosy and rustic gîte, labelled Gîtes de France, nestled on a green estate of 2 hectares in the heart of the Côtes-d'Armor. This renovated old farmhouse offers a peaceful and authentic setting, ideal for a stay as a couple, in a small group or alone.

Only 1 km from the village (shops and local market), 10 km from the beaches and the famous customs path (GR34), and 6 km from an 18-hole golf course, this cottage is the perfect starting point to discover the wonders of Brittany while enjoying the calm of the countryside.

The ground floor offers a bright living room with functional kitchen area and convivial lounge area, perfect for sharing meals or relaxing after a day of exploring. Upstairs, you will find two adjoining bedrooms: one with a 140x190 bed, the other with a 90x190 bed, as well as a bathroom and separate toilets.

Outside, a large communal landscaped garden invites you to enjoy moments in the sun or shade, a pleasant terrace for your meals, a sandpit and a ping-pong table to entertain you. A cot and a baby chair are also available. Your pets are welcome, for a truly complete family holiday.
