The space
Relax in this super clean 1 bedroom 1 bath adorable home, features everything you need for your Alturas home away from home.

New fully furnished with confortable queen size bed and walk-in closet.

Amenities; microwave, coffee maker, toaster, ironing board/iron, Brand new Samsung washer and dryer, steamer, hair dryer, curling iron, flat iron….TV (Netflix and Hulu included), WiFi, AC, BBQ grill. It has a HUGE fenced backyard that is yours to enjoy with your children and at night to peacefully observe the stars. Walk to nearby local shops, restaurants, coffee shops and our beautiful Court House.

Our priority is to provide a pleasant and safe stay for you, your friends and family. We are committed to clean everything down to the detail, everything imaginable possible, including but not limited to minor details, we will make sure you will always have fresh washed cotton carpet rags, and bathroom curtain shower liners.

Recently remodeled with an extraordinary attention to detail.

Can sleep up to 4 adults! Beside the queen size bed we have a Pull-out sofa bed and or queen size airbed mattress for your preference.

Plenty of parking, NO NEED TO PARK ON THE STREET!

Notice that trains run close by occasionally.

My wife and I were amazed and absolutely overwhelmed by the hospitable nature of this home! We could not have felt more welcome! In addition, the size of this vacation rental was more than enough for us. In fact, we have family living in Alturas and visit them from Denver at least twice a year! Our desire would be to stay at your location for our upcoming visits! And we pray that God blesses you all in a rich and meaningful way! Once again, thank you for having us as your guests!
