Apartment 1:
The apartment 1 is 38m ² and is located on the ground floor on the landlord land with a separate entrance. In the cozy living room has a sitting area with TV and a small dining area. The bedroom with double bed and single bed is separated spatially from the living room, but there is no door. The small kitchenette consists of a refrigerator, a two-burner stove and a coffee maker. The cozy terrace which is in front of the apartment invites you to linger. Internet with Wi-Fi is available throughout the stay. The sheets I included. You have a parking space on the premises.

The apartments are located in Kölpinsee. Kölpinsee is one of the smaller places on the island of Usedom, just 2km from Koserow Located on the sandy beach. From the train station to the apartments is only 200m. The tourist information office, the bakery and a discounter are in the immediate vicinity. The place offers itself, because of its central location, very well as a starting point for excursions.

Unfreundliche Vermieterin

Die Vermieterin begann unseren Aufenthalt mit einer ungeschriebenen Regel in der Beschreibung, dass ich keine Besucher empfangen dürfe! - Ich spreche nicht von Übernachtungen - sie wollte niemanden dabei haben, nicht einmal für eine Tasse Tee. Meine Frau und mein Kind waren in einer Klinik in der Nähe und konnten uns nicht besuchen! Sie sagte, sie wäre sehr ärgerlich, wenn so etwas passieren würde. Dann kontrollierte sie ständig, ob das Licht an war oder ob die Heizung in Ordnung war... ein bisschen stressig. Das hat meinen Aufenthalt dort ruiniert.
