Just minutes from the beach, this elegant waterfront pool home has all you need to experience Marco Island at its best. This home is centrally located and is a short distance to many amenities, restaurants, & beach access points!

Please note: In times that the weather presents temperatures that are unusually cold for this part of the country (below 70 degrees) the pool heaters will not work as well as expected because they rely on heat exchange to heat the pool and the reverse heat pumps are not as efficient at heating the pool water in cooler temperatures.

Other things to note:

Security Cameras are on the outside of the house, and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house.

Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high.

Perfect

Very clean property with a perfect layout for our entire family. We enjoyed fishing every day in the canal and my children almost never left the pool! The park right across the street was equally as amazing and so close. The only downside is drive to the beach; however, not far and not awful as there are several public parking areas within a mile or two.

Serene stay

This home is comfortable and clean. The pool was warm and relaxing. The canal offered a nice view. Neighbors said hello went I went for walks. Great location to explore Marco and the Everglades
