3 week escape to warm weather

I rented this unit for my parents and went down to visit them during the stay. The first thing my parents noticed was a wall covered in crayon scribble. We immediately alerted the owner and he assured my parents he would not assume they were the culprits! As a previous reviewer had mentioned the house is on the market so there are things you would expect to find that weren't available. For example, the master bedroom had a set of towels for the bathroom but none of the other 2 bathrooms had any towels.There were also very few hangers, which seemed odd for a 3 bedroom house with large closets. Not huge deals, just surprising. Throughout the stay we had a few questions for the owner and he was always prompt and helpful. The pool was great and it was nice to sit on the lanai and enjoy the sun. The house is very close to Tiger Tail beach but my parents mostly used the pool. Overall, they enjoyed the time in the warmth but I'm not sure they would return to this particular unit.

Great location

This was a great place to stay for location. We could walk to stores, restaurants, coffee houses. The house was spacious. There was just the two of us. The house is on the market so the decor was sparse and there was a smell like from aging. I'm sixty two so I cringe just saying that. As another person mentioned there were no washcloths which was weird. I use them daily. There were no "towel sets". They did provide dove soap for showers but no shampoo etc.. We couldn't locate a wine opener. They did have towney bikes to ride and toys for the pool, we didn’t use them. The pool was nice and the area is private. Overall its a nice place just needs some cheering up. The owner is very responsive.

Spacious and comfortable home

This home was perfect for our family of six. Everything was very clean, and the furniture and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with basic necessities. Many days were spent in the heated pool, and on the bicycles. There were lots of toys for the beach as well. The only issue that came up was the heater stopped working on the pool, but the host sent someone out that day to fix it. Also, there was only one washcloth, so we had to buy shower poufs.

Holiday Vacation

We loved our stay in Marco Island over the Christmas holiday. Our family enjoyed the location, very close to Tigertail Beach. The property was clean and had everything we needed to go to the beach and to cook at home. The pool was great. There were a lot of pool toys for the kids to enjoy. We rented a golf cart and were able to get to the grocery store in a few minutes. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Highly recommend!

Great Location

Enjoyed our stay! Men went fishing with a guide and we booked air boat rides. The air conditioning went out first day but it was fixed promptly and cooled down quickly. Thank you for sharing your place with us!
