Nous recherchions un hébergement agréable pour 6 personnes à Lille pour un long week-end. Notre propriétaire nous avait envoyé des instructions précises pour ouvrir les nombreux verrous, portails et portes. Malheureusement, nous sommes arrivés dans l'obscurité et il a fallu beaucoup de force pour ouvrir le premier portail. L'appartement lui-même est très spacieux et présente l'avantage de disposer de 4 chambres. À première vue, il est très beau. Malheureusement, certaines parties sont plutôt « vieillottes » et nous aurions souhaité que les pièces soient mieux entretenues. La cuisine est fonctionnelle, mais il n'y a malheureusement qu'une seule casserole, ce qui représente un véritable défi pour les hôtes qui souhaitent cuisiner pour 6 personnes. Les couverts et la vaisselle sont dépareillés, ce qui n'est pas grave en soi, mais nous avons dû tout laver soigneusement avant de pouvoir les utiliser. Tout cela aurait été acceptable si nous n'avions pas été en octobre avec des températures avoisinant les 8 degrés. Le chauffage ne pouvait pas être activé, nous avons donc eu froid et n'avons pas pu sécher nos vêtements trempés par la pluie. Notre propriétaire a toujours répondu rapidement et a essayé de trouver une solution. Nous avons obtenu un remboursement. Je me permets de noter qu'il aurait été très appréciable de disposer d'un dossier d'information, comme c'est le cas dans de nombreux autres hébergements. Des documents auraient également été utiles pour le Wi-Fi, la cuisinière.
