First of all, let me start this section by stating it will be brief because a stay at Grayson is really all about you and how you will use this spectacular space.



I set out to create a place of irresistible comfort, a space that is off the beaten path but not hidden. I love nature but was not willing to sacrifice luxury.



Here at Grayson, you have the best of both worlds, Nature, views, wildlife, and uncompromising luxury Estate, simply immersed in the tranquility of nature's abundance. the Equestrian neighborhood is both Beautiful and tranquility. Grayson is appropriate and safe for families, Pets; there is a gated safe play area.



I myself (Mariam) have worked in Healthcare for over 25 years- My thank you is the Heroes & Saints discount.



I am Married, have adult children and grandchildren, animal lover, and have an entrepreneurial spirit,

taking on meaningful projects as well as donating time to more than one Nonprofit organizations.



I have a passion for fine dining, This is reflected in the Magnificent Kitchen, as a personal Chef, I prefer to use Fresh Organics (grown at Graysonlife or other local growers) as well as locally grown meats from only the best Butchers shops. At the same time, I love mixing and mingling with my own guest.



You will be able to see what I mean when you use this space, Chef's dream kitchen open light bright- lots of built-in features and wide open space for visiting, the kitchen is the heart of entertainment so we built ours with plenty of space together.



We offer our amazing property to those who can enjoy its benefits.

Nestled in a high mountain meadow near the foothills of the Cascades, this spectacular find has exquisite detail in custom builds and furnishings. You can feel the stress roll off your shoulders as you drive up the tree-lined road into the equestrian neighborhood. You Might have to stop for a grazing deer or two.
