It was perfect for what we needed and it was spacious and comfortable. The only complaint I have is the water pressure in the master bedroom. It's was nearly non-existent.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m glad our communication worked well, and I’m sorry you felt the home was only moderately clean and had a musty smell. Had you reached out during your stay we would have definitely had somebody come back to help! We appreciate you staying with us and hope to have you back!

The location was in great proximity to our venue. The home was close to restaurants and bowling alley. Store(s) such as Walmart and Grocery Store were close. Spacious rooms and quiet neighborhood were all great! Thanks for your hospitality!Torri McCullough

Great house

We had a nice stay at this house. The house was clean and nicely styled with a modern twist. It had everything we needed for our 9 night stay. Four bedrooms were perfect for our family of 8. Kids enjoyed playing in the little outhouse outside. It was nice to have a washer and a dryer. Communication with the owners was great.

The guest house bathroom had mildew smell and moldy/mildew curtain in the bathroom and limited hot water. It only had 3-4 minutes of hot water in the shower. If they fix this issue then it would be a great property. The rest of the property was great.

Lovely, spacious home for Jax visit

Renting and check in were easy. Neighborhood is extremely quiet (listen to the birds in the shade trees on the lot all day). Home was spacious and well furnished. Beds were comfortable. Baths were well furnished. Lots of space to spread out. WIFI worked as did TVs. Kitchen was sufficiently furnished. Easy access to main highways to get around Jax. About 30 minutes to Mayo and 30-45 to beaches. Would stay again. Property owners were helpful and responsive.

Great stay overall! Easy check-in, excellent communication, beautiful hardwood floors, and plenty of space. The travel kits in the kitchen and bathrooms were very thoughtful and convenient. A couple of the bathrooms could use updating, but we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.
