Beautiful setting and convenient to town

Girlfriend’s weekend in area. Home was perfect size for our group. Park-like setting. Everything we needed for grilling dinner. Nice, quiet, homey, liked the tower fans in the bedrooms, beds were amazing, plenty of towels, great stocked spices, great kitchen dishes & utensils, very roomy, inviting.

Lovely & comfortable

We have used this location twice and have had great experiences both times! The location was convenient but also gave us our own space and beautiful views! We had plenty of space to gather together as well as sneak away when needed. We felt at home and cozy. Everything was clean and well maintained. The contact went above and beyond and was very responsive and friendly!

4 DAY STAY FOR FAMILY EVENT

THIS IS THE NICEST PROPERTY WE HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. THE AMENITIES WERE SO CONVENIENT AND WELL PLANNED, IT SEEMED THAT EVERY NEED WAS ANTICIPATED. THE DECOR WAS OVER-THE-TOP, SEEMINGLY FROM A GOOD HOUSEKEEPING MAGAZINE! THE ESTATE AND GROUNDS WERE PERFECT. WE CERTAINLY WISHED WE COULD HAVE STAYED LONGER, AND IF NEEDED IN THE FUTURE WILL BE OUR FIRST CHOICE. WE APPRECIATED THE BATHROOM THAT WAS DESIGNED TO BE ELDERLY-FRIENDLY, FOR OUR 94 YR OLD, FATHER. WE WILL CERTAINLY RECOMMEND IT TO OUR FRIENDS.

Coffee pot was broke, whirlpool was not able to use.. It should be in vrbo site. One of the reasonwe looked at place never could get ac set lower then 75. Great place no light bulbs to use when lights blew out.

Cozy lodge

Clean, cozy and spacious Lodge just outside of Ellsworth. Several spacious bedrooms and nice area to watch TV and visit in the evenings. Cute porch right outside of the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Retreat Getaway

We had to use this place while we came to town for a family funeral. It worked out perfectly for its size of guests we had and also for having everyone over after/between services for small gatherings. Just a perfect relaxing getaway out in the country to get away from things for a while.

Family weekend

I'm managing this property for my grandparents. I grew up traveling to Ellsworth from Wichita to see my Grandpa and Grandma, but now I reside in Kansas City. I work in the marketing department for an insurance agency. In my free time, I love to travel, read, spend time with my friends and family, and go on hikes with my husband and golden retriever.

What makes this property unique

Everyone tells me, "I feel like I'm staying at Grandma's." And, you kind of are. My grandparents put so much love and detail into every room. It's very clean and inviting. Plus, there is loads of outdoor space and a catch and release pond. People have caught some BIG fish. I love seeing the photos!
