Excellent

First time visit to Hawaii and found this gem last minute. Owner was very attentive, communicative and made sure we were comfortable. Unit location is close to nice beaches, grocery stores, and downtown Hilo.

The unit was clean. The AC worked great. The microwave did not heat food up.

Mahalo for your review; I wasn't aware the microwave wasn't working or I would have replaced it immediately. I've replaced numerous appliances over the years as soon as it's brought to my attention that they aren't working. Mahalo.
