Si l’emplacement de l’appartement est appréciable entre proximité Gare Montparnasse, beaux quartiers du 6ème et à la propreté globalement correcte, cet appartement manque cruellement de rénovation et d’équipements en bon état : literie défectueuse, cabine douche qui ne ferme pas, pas de table en lien avec la kitchenette, pas d’électricité dans l’entrée, pas d’équipements de base actuels : TV, Wifi, … Bref au prix demandé belle rentabilité sans effort du propriétaire. Nous n’y retournerons pas.
