In a very good location between bay and ocean in the Vallons du Ferret on the Cap Ferret peninsula, you will find this well maintained and comfortable villa with pool. The garden is beautifully arranged around the pool and there is a lovely partially covered terrace and comfortable seating. The living room is tastefully decorated and opens to the fully equipped kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet. The most wonderful bay beaches and the fishing village of L'Herbe are in 10 minutes walking distance. There is also a path through the pine forest to the ocean. Distances: 400m to the bay, 400m to shops and restaurants, 2 km to the ocean.
