The accommodation is located on the first and second floors without an elevator and consists of:

On the first level

🛏️ Two rooms in a row, the first with 2 single beds, the second with a double bed (you enter the room with the 2 single beds to go to the one with the double bed)

🛏️ A third room with 1 double bed

🍴A kitchen equipped with hobs, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, Tassimo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes, kitchen equipment. As well as a dining table for 6 people.

🛋️ A living room with a very comfortable U-shaped sofa, additional seating, a television,

🛁 A bathroom with an Italian shower, a double sink and 🚽 a toilet.



Upstairs:

🛏️ The fourth and fifth bedroom with 1 double bed each.

🛁🚽 A bathroom with an Italian shower, a sink and a toilet.

🛋️🍴 A large living room/kitchen/dining area completes the floor.



The accommodation will be entirely yours. In order to satisfy you best during your stay:

House rules:



🚭 This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device results in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.



Animals are strictly prohibited.



🧺 Household linen and the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and the bathroom.



⚠️ However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and do the tidying up. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order an additional "complete cleaning" of the apartment for 30 €. In the absence of prior booking of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 60 € for cleaning fees will be charged to you.



📝 A digital contract signature and your ID will be requested after booking via the Yaago platform, as well as the information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to deny you access to the accommodation.
