Relax… You’ve arrived in Paradise!
Welcome to our newly built home on Kauai’s sunny South Shore, designed for comfort and easy living. This is a place to slow down, spread out, and truly unwind.
The main level offers open living spaces and 3 bedroom suites ideal for both together time and privacy. A spiral staircase leads to the upper loft with beautiful mountain and peekaboo ocean views - perfect for morning coffee or evening downtime.
Each bedroom features a Ghostbed mattress, blackout shades, en-suite bathrooms and their own mini split A/C. Two suites include King beds while a third offers a queen bed with a single bunk above.
Upstairs the loft serves as a flexible bonus space with a queen memory foam sofabed, full bathroom, wet bar, wine fridge, and Xbox– ideal for older kids, another couple or a quiet retreat.
The upper lanai is a guest favorite! Relax in the hanging chairs while watching sunsets melt into the horizon. Rainbows are common and views are unforgettable!
Inside, enjoy high ceilings, and large glass doors that fill the home with natural light! Start mornings with espresso from the Nespresso machine. Cook in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, or grill outside on the barbecue while enjoying the covered lanai. Lawn games are provided for laid-back afternoons.
The backyard feels like a private resort featuring a heated saltwater pool and extra deep spa perfect for relaxing after a beach day or stargazing at night. Golfers will love the world class course behind the home!
Beach, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and a cooler are provided – just grab and go.
