Welcome to the Wai'nani Waterfall house located in sunny Poipu on the south shore of Kauai. This home has all you and your Ohana are needing for the perfect island getaway. Set in the heart of Kiahuna Plantation Golf course, this new home was designed with families in mind. A beautiful backyard paradise makes this your ideal Hawaiian retreat!

This newly built Hawaiian residence is conveniently located on the sunny South Shore of Kauai. Designed to be a perfect getaway, this home is laid out with the main floor boasting open living spaces and three private suites. A spiral staircase leads to the upper level where endless views of the ocean and surrounding mountains await.

All three suites are all equipped with memory foam beds, black-out shades, ensuite bathrooms and separate air conditioning mini split units. Two suites have King sized beds; the third has a queen sized bed with single bunk above. Upstairs, there is a queen sized pull-out couch, full bathroom, wet bar and wine fridge.

Prepare your favorite island meal in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and chef range. Or cook your meals outdoor on the BBQ while you lounge in the covered lanai and enjoy sunset views. Relax and enjoy the natural splendor of the outdoors from inside the fully air conditioned and tastefully appointed living space with expansive 10 foot ceilings and large glass doors.

Stepping out to the perfectly manicured back garden feels like your stepping in to an intimate private resort. The beautiful salt water pool and deep spa are the perfect place to relax the day away and can be heated to your desire for those star-gazing evening soaks! Kids (and kids at heart) will enjoy the provided lawn games. Golfers will appreciate having a world-class course directly behind the home!

After all, you’re only a few minutes away from both Po'ipu Beach and Kiahuna Beach, as well as a short drive to countless other south shore treasures.
