Quiet, on the edge of the forest, with a view of the meadow, cottage with private spa and stove. In the heart of a 10-hectare estate, with swimming pool, ideally located to visit the castles of the Loire (Blois, Chenonceau, Chambord, Cheverny, Chaumont, Amboise ...). The village of Montils 1.5km away offers all the necessary services and shops. The place is very serene and the cottage is very comfortable. The swimming pool under cover allows a pleasant swimming pool from April to October. Table tennis, table football, canoes and bicycles available.
