This newly remodeled and newly furnished Gulf Front, 2 level duplex is AMAZING! It is beautifully decorated with a comfortable open floor plan. It features a pool that is shared with the other side, a covered deck and a beach walk. The first level offers a refrigerator, a large flat screen t.v. with cable, dvd player, internet access, a large bedroom with a large screen t.v. and full bath. The upper level offers 4 bedrooms with private baths.

Absolutely Fabulous Experience!

From start to finish this was the best VRBO stay we have ever had! Our large family enjoyed the location and the unit has plenty of space for everyone to spread out! The unit was clean and well cared for. We would consider renting again if we are in the area!

I loved the location and the house. We had 8 adults and 5 kids and we all had plenty of room. Tiffany was great at assisting me with any questions or help I needed. Would definitely rent again when I come to Fort Morgan!

Ft. Morgan find!

My extended family gathered at our favorite beach to celebrate my mother's 88th b'day and Thanksgiving. Because of the expense and difficulty of getting 16 folks to eat out we knew we were going to be doing a ton of cooking at the house. The bedrooms were very comfortably appointed, the kitchen was surprisingly well appointed for a rental, not the least of which was 2 refrigerators in the kitchen and a huge kitchen island. The living room furniture was comfortable. The slip covers could use washing but this keep us from cozying up on the sofa to watch movies together. We had no issues with the rental so our contact with the property management was limited to asking if we could check in earlier in the day as folks arrived in Ft. Morgan. Since there had been no one staying in the previous days there was no issue checking in early. Even with 16 in this rental it never felt crowded - the teenagers had places to hang out, the TV watchers enjoyed the large screen TV, the folks cooking meals enjoyed a well-appointed kitchen. We will definitely consider staying here again!

Great Beachfront Home for Friends & Family

Amazing Grace East was tremendous. We had two families with a total of 4 adults and 5 kids and easily could have doubled the number of guests. The interior remodel created a great, clean, modern beach vibe. The pool and immediate beach access were great for our group, as we all loved the ability to pop back and forth between the beach and pool. I would highly recommend this place for large family gatherings or group trips.
