The bright and friendly non-smoking apartment is about 31m² large and suitable for 2 persons. It is located on the ground floor facing south-east and is accessible via a tiled hallway. The entrance area of ​���the apartment and the bathroom are also tiled, the remaining rooms with high quality vinyl floor designed. Living room: - Comfortable, comfortable seating - Large flat screen TV- Stereo system with FM tuner and Bluetooth receiver- Free Internet via Wi-Fi for a simultaneous user (multi-user surcharge) Kitchen: - open kitchen with dining area- induction hob-extractor mobile Small oven-mobile microwave-refrigerator with freezer-coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, elek. Handmixer bath: - floor-level shower (90x110cm) with rain shower and extra hand shower- toilet- vanity with mirror cabinet- hairdryer Bedroom: - double bed 180x200cm with spring mattresses (medium) - bedside tables with LED lights- large wardrobe- blackout blinds

Welcome! The residential building of our secluded former farm in the old town center of Drosendorf was completely rebuilt in 2014-2016. Optically and in size at the old stock oriented, but now finds the latest technology and high comfort in the (almost) passive house. The two apartments on the ground floor and the upper floor are similarly equipped, have central heating, Internet connection and satellite TV (Astra). For our guests we have reserved two car parking spaces in the courtyard of the property. Pets are welcome after consultation. We are looking forward to your visit!Explanation of Pricing: Our rental rates are for a minimum of 7 days

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir durften die letzte Woche dort verbringen und ich bin schwer begeistert von den netten Hausleuten und der Ferienwohnung selbst. Alles war super sauber und es ist meine erste FW mit Hund, die auch tatsächlich schön eingerichtet ist. Wegen einer der vorherigen Bewertungen in welcher stand "es riecht nach Hund" war ich vor Ankunft etwas verunsichert, denn obwohl ich selbst Hunde habe ist meine Nase von so etwas gar nicht begeistert. Aber auch geruchlich war alles in bester Ordnung und ich hätte mir gar keine Sorgen machen müssen. Die FW ist klein aber fein und mit allem was man braucht eingerichtet. Egal ob Staubsauger, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Föhn, Wasserkocher, etc, es ist wirklich alles da und auch bei den Küchenutensilien lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Darum von mir 5 von 5 Sternen für diese liebevoll und mit Detail eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Danke von meinen Dackeln und mir geht von Wien nach Bayern :)

Sehr schöne kleine Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist klein, aber sehr fein. Alles vorhanden. Und endlich mal eine geräumige Dusche, in der auch nicht ganz schlanke Menschen ausreichend Bewegungsfreiheit haben.

Alles vorhanden und funktioniert, freundlich aber leider mit Hund

Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist modern und komplett eingerichtet und es ist alles was man brauchen kann vorhanden. Leider roch die Wohnung sehr nach Hund und auf dem Geschirr bzw. dem Geschirrhandunch hatte ich Hundehaare mit dabei. Für Personen, die mit Hunden leben ist es vielleicht kein Problem, ich habe aber leider eine leichte Hundehaarallergie. Vielleicht sollte man dies bei der Beschreibung der Wohnung mit dazuschreiben, das ein mögliches Allergierisiko besteht.
