Important: In JULY and AUGUST we favour families and only rent the cottage from 3 people.
This place is secluded but not far from all amenities, located between Néris-Les-Bains and Montluçon. Its vocation is to encourage visitors to reconnect with nature by offering you, on site, various well-being services: walk in the forest, meditation, QI gong initiations, jacuzzi (on request), massages, the latter just for you Ladies. The property is located in a park of 2 hectares, at the end of the road, without nuisance where there are 4 accommodation: a lodge tent, a mobile home and a large cottage adjoining the small cottage. You will have access to the swimming pool from June to September (above ground, depth 1.20m not suitable for young children), the barbecue, which are shared spaces, the bowling alley, the park and the private forest.
We are labelled "Accueil vélos", you can bring your bikes or come by bike or rent them from our partner. You have outdoor activities with our partners: horse riding, canoeing, kayaking, paddle, electric mountain bikes and hiking, near the cottage.
F2 of 40 M2 that can accommodate up to 4 people. There is 1 bedroom with a double bed for 2 people, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 2 showers and a toilet. The accommodation is on one level giving access to a terrace under a lean-to. Non-smoking accommodation. Pets are not allowed. Private parking with the possibility of recharging an electric vehicle from a traditional socket (with supplement).

Arrivals are from 4 p.m. and departures are from 9 a.m. the next day at the latest.

Travellers' access
Some GPS do not find the address in the commune of Saint Genest, in this case type the address with the commune of Arpheuilles Saint Priest because the path belongs to the 2 communes. When you arrive at Chemin de chez Bouesse, the property will be at the end of the road and you will see the sign of the cottage. You will pass through the large gate to access the private car park by going down to the left of the house. Thank you for driving 30 people on this small country road where you can meet cars, children and pets from the hamlet.
