Farmhouse Suite Upstairs - Short Walk to Downtown Prescott & Whiskey Row

Come enjoy Prescott at our Farmhouse which was built in 1914 in Jerome, AZ and moved to the Historical District where it now resides. We have recently remodeled it to include upgraded amenities & flooring, yet kept it's old world charm. The Suite is the entire UPSTAIRS of the home with a private entrance. It has a kitchenette with a refrigerator, toaster, microwave and coffee maker along with a King Bed, Bathroom and Large Private Outdoor Porch over looking many historical homes of beautiful downtown Prescott. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. Downtown is 5 blocks away, so walking is easy & very safe. Downtown offers a great music scene, Whiskey Row, tasty restaurants and shopping. All so close by yet our neighborhood is incredibly quiet. The Courthouse square is full of surprises with festivals, Parades, Art & Craft Fairs, Car Shows... there is something for everyone in this little town. We love it and know you will too! Welcome to everybody's HOMETOWN!

Please keep in mind this is the UPSTAIRS SUITE of the Farmhouse. There are stairs to reach the top floor of the home. Also, take note the downstairs (Main House) maybe concurrently rented. We will always advise if it is. You may rent the WHOLE HOUSE if you wish as well listed as "Adorable Historical Farmhouse" on VRBO. :)

Our home is in a very quiet neighborhood. Please be courteous to neighbors and keep quiet times to 9pm - 9am.

We have a very strict NO SMOKING/NO PETS rule due to severe allergies. If we find evidence of either we will charge an extra $350 cleaning fee.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. This is a quiet family neighborhood. Please enjoy as we all do.... enjoy the peacefulness.

This is a great place to stay in downtown Prescott! Walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops! We absolutely love the upstairs home and the balcony was the cherry on top! Home was clean and exactly as described on VRBO!

Cleaver but

We could hear much of what the down stairs guests were saying. We had to through out some food as everything on the kitchen counter was covered with ants. The bath was too small. We had a microwave but no stove or oven. The toilet paper was too cheap. Just would not go back.
