The lower level of the property features a game room with a pool table, wet bar, and spacious theater perfect for cozying up and watching your favorite shows or movies. This floor also features a guest suite with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living area, and outdoor access.

The main level of the property has a stunning foyer leading into a gourmet, chef's kitchen with granite countertops, and a large dining room for you to enjoy your favorite meals or catch up on the day. The living room has a gas fireplace with a Tiffany mantle and a Steinway piano. A large bedroom with ensuite bath is located on this floor with a half bath and shower located across the hall.
