House was so dirty that I had to get a hotel. The owner was responsive once I told him and sent someone over to check how dirty the place was. I did have to contact him for the code to get in.

Great location, doesn't sleep eight like its description states

Unless you bring your own sleeping bags, there is not accommodation for 8 people sleeping at this location. Two beds, a twin rollaway and a couch. It was sufficient for our eight hour stay, but it is not accurately described.

Convenient for the stadium

Clean house and 2 good sized rooms. Host was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The house is very convenient for getting to Williams Brice Stadium, just about a 30 minute walk. Makes it so much nicer to not worry about the car on gameday. Also very convenient for walking to other parts of Columbia.
