This small 40 m² house, located in a quiet residential complex with a shared heated swimming pool, can accommodate up to 4 people.

It has:

- Living room with sofa (convertible with quality mattress), coffee table and television.
- Open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
- Separate toilet.


Upstairs:
- Master bedroom with double bed (140 cm), wardrobe and en-suite shower room.

Enjoy the beautiful outdoor space, terrace and garden with furniture to soak up the sun all day long.
