Keine gute Wohnung

Die Wohnung war keine Nichtraucher Wohnung, wie angegeben, die Vormieter haben mehr gehaust , wie gewohnt, die Kochtöpfe haben keine Deckel, das Geschirr ist wahllos zusammen gestopft, es waren exakt 2 Frühstücksteller vorhanden, sowohl gläser wie Besteck waren teilweise benutzt und in diesem Zustand in den Küchenschrank zurückgestellt worden, ich bin anderes gewohnt, der Vermieter war bemüht.

Lack of heating for arrival - very cold in the apartment

The apartment is okay: two large bedrooms, the kitchen has everything, etc. However, the temperature was very cold for our arrival: all the radiators were turned off (the temperature was 6°C outside). We slept with our pullovers... The landlord welcomed us into the apartment, so he must have seen the problem. The heating system worked well and the temperature was okay, but only the next morning, the time required for the radiators to increase the temperature. I must admit that's the first time it occurred for us.
