Rest, relax and feel good - enjoy your holiday in a comfortable environment in our 4-star holiday house in every season. Our 8 inexpensive apartments of type A, B and C are comfortably furnished and equipped with satellite TV, radio / CD player and telephone. The kitchens contain dishwasher, oven, microwave and much more. All apartments have separate bedrooms. Our property offers something for all ages: a large playground with swing, sandpit, table tennis plenty of space for football, badminton
as well as a separate lawn for sunbathing with sun loungers and a seat to rest and relax. Our house is entitled to describe itself as a particularly suitable house for families, athletes and hikers.

Specialties: Hinterzarten is a health resort. You will find here a nature trail.

Excellent Black Forest stay

Lovely , traditional, spacious apartment in central Hinterzarten with parking. Met on arrival,very clean with everything necessary, balcony and access to garden. Owner very easy to contact and replied to any questions immediately, also very helpful on arrival.Lots of local info and easy access to walks and public transport. Would highly recommend and looking forward to our next visit

Sehr nette Vermieter dieser wunderschönen und perfekt eingerichteten Wohnung. Das Wetter hätte nich schöner sein können, um mit dem Fahrrad Schluchsee, Titisee etc.zu erkunden. Alles in allem eine perfekte Woche in Hinterzarten und Umgebung.

Eine sehr gemütliche Wohnung

Wir haben eine sehr gemütliche Zeit in der Ferienwohnung von Familie Speth gehabt. Die Wohnung war sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und gut gelegen (nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss bis zur Bäckerei und zu zahlreichen Wanderwegen). In der Eingangshalle konnte man auch viele Informationen zum Wandern, Fahrplan mit Bus und Bahn finden, was wir sehr praktisch fanden. Ausserdem ist Herr Speth sehr nett und gastfreundlich.

Gut gelegen und super ausgestattet

Die Ferienwohnung ist im Ort Hinterzarten zentral gelegen. Bäcker, Cafés, Restaurants sind in 10 Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen. Neben dem Haus fließt ein lauter Bach. Bei geschlossenem Fenster abends aber kaum zu hören. Die Ferienwohnung ist bestens ausgestattet an Küchengeräten und vor allem sehr sauber. WLAN ist gut, nur abends, wenn wahrscheinlich alle Gäste eingeloggt waren, reichte die Geschwindigkeit nicht mehr zum streamen. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und können diese Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen.

Eine schöne, helle Ferienwohnung. Es war alles da, was man benötigt, ich konnte sogar einen Kuchen backen, ohne alles mitschleppen zu müssen. Ein schöner Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne. Ein Bach rauschte in der Nähe, das war aber auch die einzige Geräuschkulisse. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Alles in Allem, ein rundum entspannter Urlaub

Definitiv eine Empfehlung!

Die Speths sind ausgesprochen angenehme und nette Vermieter. Die Wohnung war schön, groß genug und voll ausgestattet! Wir hatten noch unseren Hund dabei und auch das hat super geklappt! Die Gegend ist schön und abwechslungsreich... wandern, Sightseeing, schwimmen alles möglich!

Eine schöne Woche im Schwarzwald

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem eingerichtet was wir brauchten. Gut gelegen, in etwas ruhigerer Lage, jedoch fußläufig zum Bahnhof und diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Vermieter war überaus freundlich. Leider ist das Haus recht hellhörig und wir waren unter dem Dach untergebracht. Sonst nur ältere Leute und wir mit zwei lebendigen, kleinen Kindern. Wir waren dauernd am ermahnen, dass sie bitte nicht so laut sein sollen. Trotzdem motzte eine Dame kurz vor unserer Abreise noch über den Kinder"lärm" obwohl wir die meiste Zeit ohnehin unterwegs waren und uns sogar an die in den Hausregeln genannten Ruhezeiten (13-15h und 22-8h) gehalten haben. Also mit kleineren Kindern unserer Meinung nach nur eingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Trotz Schaukel und Sandkasten im Garten.

Wir haben die Tage in der Wohnung sehr genossen und haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral zur Ortsmitte, so dass wir viele Wege wie z. B. Einkaufen etc. machen könnten ohne das Auto zu benötigen. Wir fühlten uns im Haus Speth sehr wohl.

Einfache, zweckmäßige Fewo - leider mit Bahnlärm ab 6:00 Uhr morgens, für Langschläfer daher nicht zu empfehlen. Leider gab es Probleme mit unserem Haustier. Wiederkommen eher ausgeschlossen...
