About this property

This is a great single story house designed for longer term rental, corporate rental, visiting nurses and professionals visiting LV for long term work. We have four rooms, three dedicated as bedrooms with a nice queen beds each and one room dedicated as an office for remote working. We are about 1.5 miles to the Strip, a mile to UNLV, 0.5 mile to Sunrise hospital, 0.5 mile to Las Vegas national golf course, 0.5 mile to Las Vegas country club and the Blvd mall.
