The living room is spacious and has a sofa group with a coffee table and two armchairs, a satellite TV with German channels and a DVD / CD player, a music system, and a separate dining area. The kitchen with adjoining storage and utility room is fully equipped with an oven with integrated steamer, a gas stove (4 rings), two refrigerators, a freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer leaves nothing to be desired. In one of the three bedrooms there is a double bed (2.00 m wide) and air conditioning, as well as a bathroom ensuite with floor-deep shower, a double vanity, a toilet and a hair dryer. The other two bedrooms each have a double bed (2.00 m or 1.80 m wide) and air conditioning. The features of the second bathroom also include a walk-in shower, a toilet, a double vanity, a bidet and a hair dryer. The landlord will be happy to provide you with a high chair and a baby travel cot. Furthermore, board games for young and old and a selection of German-language books are available free of charge. The house has oil central heating and free Wi-Fi.

The detached villa with the large privacy garden in Mediterranean style promises pure relaxation. Here you can relax and recharge your batteries. Dive into the large private pool (approximately 35 m²) or relax on one of the sun loungers.
Its covered terrace with wide sea views is made for an outdoor breakfast and cozy evening hours by candlelight. The bricked outdoor fireplace ensures a romantic atmosphere. The equipment includes garden furniture, a barbecue, sun beds, a parasol and an outdoor shower. Three private outdoor parking spaces can be used by them free of charge.
