Enjoy the SOLitude by relaxing in the screened-in porch, unwinding on the back deck under the palms, viewing the sunset on the upper deck which offers gulf views, sipping a drink at the outside tiki bar or playing horse shoes.

I have always loved the beach and lived at or near it. I had two properties when I lived in NJ. I am grateful to have the opportunity to own this Florida cottage and be able to share it :)

Why they chose this property

I have extensively renovated the property since purchasing it. The property is so relaxing and peaceful. Guests can enjoy the hammack swings, the back bar area, and barbecue. I also have a convenient beach stroller to pack up your things for the beach. There is a rooftop deck with a tiny glimpse of the water. There are a variety of birds and frogs that love the backyard as well! If you stay, I hope you enjoy this truly unique property that gives a perfect blend of the beach and land!
