About this property

The house is located on the river "Jolan". On the property with the cute outbuildings you can regularly see roe deer.
The large meadows are full of butterflies in summer. In the river you can see beaver, red-throated diver and sometimes even a moose. The house consists of two parts. The actual house is two-storey and contains the large kitchen and three bedrooms. In the new part is the spacious living room with the bathroom and sauna area and the fourth bedroom. The whole house can be heated electrically. However, there are three wood stoves on the ground floor with which one gets just on days without sun :) everything chubby warm. Only 200 meters away are our canoes with which you can drive on the lake "Badasjön".
The lake offers a fantastic opportunity to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You can paddle directly to the beach or just relax and enjoy nature. The river is just 30 meters from the house. There are pikes, perch, roach, crayfish and red feathers. If you want to catch larger fish or salmon and trout you can always find a challenging fishing spot around Torsby. But beware, most lakes require a fishing license.
If you are overwhelmed by the silence, you can drive to the city of Torsby. It is about 15km away. There is everything you need in it. From the supermarket to the indoor pool to a large modern hospital everything is available

Familienurlaub

Das Haus liegt sehr naturnah, es ist groß, schön und ruhig. Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort wirklich genossen. Zur Badestelle ist es weiter, als wir vorher gedacht hatten. Fahrräder und Kanus sind vor Ort und einfach zu nutzen.

Wieder ein toller Aufenthalt!

Wiederholt haben wir das wunderschöne Haus der Familie Hogrefe für 3 Wochen gemietet. Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt, das Kanu genutzt und auch an einem kühlen Tag die Sauna. Die Kommunikation mit Dirk Hogrefe verläuft immer absolut problemlos. Im Haus ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es fiel uns dieses Mal noch schwerer, wieder nach Hause zu fahren.

Erholung pur

Ich hatte eine fantastische Zeit im Haus der Fam. Hogrefe. Es passte einfach alles und ich glaube nach über 20 Jahren Urlaub in Schweden kann ich das ganz gut beurteilen. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und mehr als komplett ausgestattet. Besonders der tadellos funktionierende Kamin war ein Traum und auch bereits gehacktes Holz war ausreichend vorhanden. Auch die Kommunikation verlief absolut reibungslos und auf Fragen hatte ich innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Antwort. Die Umgebung ist ein Traum. Von den wenigen Nachbarn bekommt man so gut wie gar nichts mit. Wer hier nicht zur Ruhe kommt und abschalten kann der macht irgendetwas falsch. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dieses Haus mieten.

Erholsamer Urlaub mitten in der Natur

Unsere 3 Wochen in Dirks Haus waren wunderschön. Ruhe pur! Durch die Nähe zum Fluss haben wir mehrfach die Kanus genutzt, wir haben tolle Touren durch unbeschreiblich schöne Landschaft mit dem Motorrad und unseren Fahrrädern gemacht. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig im Wald und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab natürlich sehr viele Mücken dort, aber das kennt man ja von Schweden. Der Kontakt mit Dirk bei Problemen war zügig und unproblematisch. Auf jeden Fall würden wir dieses Haus noch einmal buchen.

Wir haben 2 tolle Wochen in dem Haus der Fam. Hogrefe verbracht. Vielen Dank dafür ☺️! An der Ausstattung fehlte uns nichts. Alles konnte direkt mit dem Vermieter geklärt werden. Kommunikation war problemlos. Auch viele tolle Tipps für Ausflüge haben wir von Herr Hogrefe bekommen. Das Haus hat wunderschöne Lage, so das man auch direkt aus der Tür starten kann.

Großes Ferienhaus in in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in Värmland, den uns Dirk trotz der super kurzfristigen Buchung ermöglicht hat. Viele Dank nochmal dafür. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet mit Kamin im Wohnzimmer und top ausgestatteter Küche. Draußen kann man Feuer machen, grillen und bei Regen auf der großen, überdachten Terrasse sitzen. Im Fluss hinterm Haus konnten wir eine Bieberfamilie beobachten und mehrerer Hechte fangen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Objekt war an manchen Stellen nicht gut gereinigt (Dusche, WC). Haus ist an sich gut ausgestattet mit Inventar, und auch vom Layout gut geeignet für zwei Familien, jedoch müsste an einigen Stellen in Wartung investiert werden. Kommunikation teilweise etwas schleppend (zu lange antwortzeiten) Es fehlt eine infomappe, sodass viele Details mühsam erfragt werden müssen.

Ein perfekter Ort in Värmland

Das Haus liegt abseits der meisten Menschen an einem kleinen Fluss. Dazu gehört eine tolle Terasse mit Grill und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Im Garten stehen Fahrräder parat und man hat die Möglichkeit ein Feuer zu machen. Das Haus selbst ist auch sehr schön und bietet großzügig Platz. Im Haus gibt es mehrere Kamine und eine Sauna. In der Umgebung haben uns besonders die Wandermöglichkeiten gefreut. Bratfallet, Hövfjallet und der 7 Torpsleden sind tolle Routen. Bis Oslo ist auch nur ein Tagesausflug. Weiter im Norden (ca. 3 Stunden) kann man den großen Wasserfall im Fulufjallet Nationalpark bestaunen. In der Gegend gibt es den Moosepark, mit einem ganz tollen Guide der einem ganz viel zur Lebensweise der Elche aber auch zur Lebensweise der Schweden erzählen kann. in Karmenkynna einer ehemaligen finnischen Siedlung kann man ganz tolles Motti und Fläsk zu sich nehmen. Für uns War es ein rundum gelungener Ausflug!

Es war wunderschön und sehr erholsam. Das Haus ist im Top-Zustand und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Als Reiterin haben mir die Ponys auf dem Nachbargrundstück besonders gut gefallen :-). Was die Lage betrifft wurde einem nicht zu viel versprochen. Leider war der Urlaub viel zu schnell vorbei. Aber wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder :-).

Klassisches Schwedenhaus in herrlich ruhiger Natur

Dieses Ferienhaus hat all unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Es liegt wunderschön ruhig, schwimmen und angeln sind direkt im Fluss hinter dem Haus möglich sowie im See, der per Kanu schnell erreichbar ist. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet (wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen dort). Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert und service-orientiert. Vielen Dank für den erholsamen Urlaub in Värmland!

Erholung pur in traumhafter Seen- und Flusslandschaft

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub mit vier Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind auf dem ehemaligen Hof in absoluter Ruhe verbracht. Hier konnten wir unsere Seele bei Wanderungen, Ausflügen, Kanufahrten, Schwimmen und gemütlichen Abenden am Kaminfeuer baumeln lassen. Das weitläufige Grundstück mit ergiebigen Himbeersträuchern und die große Terrasse waren für unseren Kleinsten (eineinhalb Jahre) eine große Freude. Die Küche ist gut und modern ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer mit seinem Kamin (ausreichend Brennholz lag bereit) bietet sehr viel Platz. Uns fehlte ein Couchtisch bei unseren Spieleabenden. Die Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss sorgten für erholsamen Schlaf. (Das Obergeschoss ist etwas spärlich ausgestattet.) Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter im Vorfeld war sehr nett und alle offenen Fragen konnten per email sofort geklärt werden. Wir waren schon mehrmals in Schweden und auch hier wären wir gerne länger geblieben. Christian und Katja
