Snugly nestled between two gorgeous state parks, this oceanside oasis serves up the best of the California coast and you're mere steps from the beach. Sip your favorite beverage and watch the waves roll in from the rooftop deck of this three-story home. Oozing in beach-house charm, the main living floor features an open-concept living area as well as a fully-equipped kitchen. An adjoining patio conveniently hosts a gas grill. An additional deck boasts al fresco dining with endless Pacific vistas.

On the ground floor, a main suite offers an en suite bathroom as well as a private deck with a hot tub and outdoor shower. Two additional bedrooms each have a TV and share a full bathroom in the hallway. On the second floor, discover dual suites - each with an en suite bathroom and TV. Shared community amenities at this snowbird-friendly getaway include tennis, basketball, and volleyball. Beach chairs, water sports gear, an umbrella, and boogie board are provided.

Lovely setting, accommodation good. More matching silverware and a better variety of pots & pans. Strangely there were TONS of lids with no matching pot or pan????

Perfect getaway close to the bay area

We have two young children and wanted to stay at the beach without having to drive too far - this place was perfect! Along with friend and family, we were all very comfortable in this home and enjoyed the holidays here.

Large house with amazing views

We loved how much space this house offers. You can also see and hear the ocean from the living room and patio. Beautiful!

Great location for annual friend getaway

Location is great -beautiful ocean view from top floor. Spacious kitchen. Dining room that seats 10. Living room couches and chairs accommodate 10 as well. The beds were comfortable. Hot tub was clean. Easy to use Weber grill. Not for people that have elderly or handicap people in their party since you have to go downstairs to get to a bathroom. We did have a water heater pipe issue the day we arrived but the Vacasa team handled it quickly.

Beautiful View, Beautiful place

It was so nice to be able to house my family of nine who wanted to do something together but not go too far away. We had a range of ages from 10 to 75 under one roof. With all big parties there are different levels of what people can and want to do. It was perfect for me to wake up and walk on the beach at sunrise and just enough steps from the shore for my father in law to get to the sand and attempt to shore fish. There are lots of steps so that was the only complaint from the older folks. =)
