On the beachfront of Orient Bay, very close to shops and restaurants, our pretty duplex apartment will offer you the necessary comfort for a stay with family or friends, up to 4 guests Located on the second floor of a small building, it is on 2 air conditioned levels. On the ground floor: bright living room with open kitchen, sofa bed 160 * 200, connected TV, bathroom with toilets Upstairs on the mezzanine: bedroom with very large bed 200 * 200, office, connected TV Wifi, Swimming pool

The whole unit is for our guests and they can access to the swimming pool of La Playa hotel

Currently, Saint Martin is experiencing water supply problems. There may also be power outages. These are the downsides of island life! We will not grant any discount or refund due to these issues beyond our control and the accommodation. Extra baby or extra bed, on request and subject to availability

The unit allows you to do everything on foot. Shops, restaurants, the beach. To discover the island, however, it is advisable to rent a car, do not hesitate to ask us for our promo codes from our partners.
