Lakeshore Tranquility is the perfect retreat for family and friends looking to relax and reset. Located directly on Canyon Lake, the home boasts stunning views and ample amenities. Enjoy gorgeous views from an upper deck and ground floor patio in addition to modern essentials like central AC and high-speed WiFi.

Enter into the main floor dining area, with table seating for eight. The spacious, gourmet kitchen comes readily equipped for family-style cooking with stainless steel appliances and utensils, including a wine/beverage fridge and dishwasher. The family room features panoramic lake views and a flatscreen smart TV. The expansive deck features a variety of seating from which to enjoy the view and a private gas grill makes this an ideal setting for a family cookout. Two bedrooms are at the front and back of the house. The front bedroom features an en suite bathroom and a private balcony. The back bedroom features picturesque lake views, access to the shared deck, and desk space and TV/sitting area. A shared, full bathroom is just outside the door.

Downstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms and a full entertainment room with a wet bar, pool table, and TV. Enjoy happy hour out on the furnished patio while taking in the sunset and calm lake breeze before heading inside to raise the stakes for the family title in a game of pool or darts.

When it's time to explore, a private staircase in the backyard leads directly to the lake.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
