The entrance door opens into a bright and elegantly decorated 85 m² apartment.

The living room features very comfortable sofas and a large TV. The dining area has a spacious table that can accommodate up to six guests.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils needed to prepare your meals: oven, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

The three bedrooms each have single beds (100 x 200 cm), carefully made up with high-quality hotel linens.

The first bathroom includes a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet. The second bathroom features a sink, mirror, and shower. The second toilet is a sanibroyeur, not a regular toilet, so they can't throw papers, tissue, etc. Otherwise, it may clog, and a penalty will be applied to declog it.

You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.

Located just outside Paris, Courbevoie is a dynamic and modern town, perfect for travelers who want to enjoy the capital while staying in a quieter environment. Situated along the Seine and neighboring the La Défense business district, it offers a pleasant setting that combines contemporary architecture, green spaces, and local shops. Courbevoie is well served by public transport, making it easy to reach Paris’s iconic landmarks while benefiting from the comfort and tranquillity of a residential neighbourhood. It’s an ideal starting point to explore the City of Light while enjoying a convenient and peaceful place to stay.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest tram station, Faubourg de l'Arche (line T2), is just an 8-minute walk.

CDG Airport is approximately a 60-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
