About this property

On the coast of the Velebit Canal, in Cesarica near Karlobag, the holiday home is ideal for guests who are looking for peace and relaxation away from mass tourism. The beauty of northern Dalmatia will make you forget your everyday life quickly. Because of its large number of islands and bays, this coastal strip is a small paradise, especially for divers and holidaymakers with boats.

The house was completed in spring 2004 and consists of 2 apartments for four people. The apartments are beautifully and modernly furnished. Each apartment has a terrace. The house is surrounded by beautiful gardens and a stairway to the sea, where there is also a small shallow bay for children. In the evening you can grill in the large and well-tended garden or take short walks.

Schöner Aufenthalt in gemütlicher Wohnung und beeindruckender Umgebung...

Unsere Familie ( 4 Personen ) hat den Aufenthalt in Cesarica sehr genossen... Bei Ankunft wurden wir herzlich durch die Vermieterin empfangen ( Wein und Säfte aus eigener Herstellung incl.). Die Wohnung ( App.Nr3 ) entsprach unseren Erwartungen und war zweckmäßig eingerichtet.Kleine technische Probleme ( Kaffeemaschine defekt , Duschkopf kaputt )... wurden schnell durch den Vermieter beseitigt.Besonders angenehm war die große überdachte Terrasse , auf der wir die lauen Abende ausklingen ließen...Die Gastgeber standen , falls notwendig , stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.Der Ort selbst ist ruhig und es gibt sehr schöne Bademöglichkeiten.Restaurants stehen im Nachbarort Ribarica zur Auswahl.Der tägliche Bedarf ( Lenbensmittel ect.) kann in Karlobag , ca.7 Km erledigt werden.Große Leb.Märkte sucht man allerdings vergebens...Wir können die Wohnung..., und Cesarica nur wärmstens empfehlen. Ruhige Erholung abseits des Troubels anderer Regionen. Ganz herzlichen , persönlichen Dank an unsere freundlichen Vermieter !!

Eine schöne Woche in Cesarica.

Wir haben in der Wohnung Nr.3 gewohnt. Es handelt sich um eine gemütliche Wohnung, die für zwei erwachsene + 2 Kinder vollkommen ausreichend ist. Dazu die wunderbare Terasse, wo wir die meiste Zeit verbracht haben. Alles war so, wie es in Beschreibung stand. Falls wir irgendetwas in der Küche vermisst haben, die Vermietterin war immer behilflich. Wir können nur weiter empfehlen.
