The building is ideally located at the entrance to the town of Eaux-Bonnes and 10 minutes from the Gourette ski resort.
The apartment is on the ground floor of the building: ideal for families or older people.
You can hear the sound of the river when you open the windows.

🅿️ Free parking is available on the street in front of the building and around the park.

- Vival grocery store, 100 metres away, open from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
