The apartment is located on the 1st floor with elevator of a well maintained residence with swimming pool.
The entrance provides access to a comfortable living area, composed of a sofa, a TV, a kitchenette and a large bay window opening onto the south facing terrace, with table and chairs for meals outdoors.
The first bedroom has a queen size bed (160x200 cm) and a wardrobe and an office area.
The second bedroom has a double bed (140x200cm).
The shower room includes a sink and a toilet.
