Enjoy an apartment of 40 m 2, completely renovated, with a modern and neat decoration and redesigned for comfort and style. You will find 2 rooms, including:
- a room with a double bed of 160 cm;
- a living room equipped with a decorative fireplace; a TV and a fan;
- as well as a pleasant dining area to enjoy your meals like at home.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, fridge and hob. The accommodation also has wifi. For your comfort, you will find a hair dryer, an iron, and everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

At the bottom of the building, you will find many restaurants and bakeries, perfect to start the day around a good breakfast. A three-minute walk, discover the Champ de Mars and the majestic Eiffel Tower, one of the most beautiful sites in the capital.
