Gorgeous turn-key completely renovated with designer mural wallpaper by Phillip Jeffries and updated featuring Tempur-Pedic remote control king bed, high ceilings with tray ceiling light, built in modern his/her closet with a jewelry drawer, kitchen cabinets with automatic drawer lights, bathroom walls all natural stone with larger shower and so much more! No need for a car as walking distance to the best restaurants, shops and museums in Palm Beach - Uber, Lyft and Ride Circuit Apps are a click away. Publix is directly across the street.

Guests will have access to the private library on the Mezzanine level, heated pool area, outdoor loggia with gardens, laundry facilities and large lounge area in lobby.

You will check in with the 24 hour front desk. They will give you the information for access to your suite and common areas. Enjoy!

In the historical area of Palm Beach, shops, restaurants, entertainment and beaches just a block away. Location, location, location!

No car is needed to enjoy our neighborhood. Please inform is you are bringing a car as parking is limited. Valet parking is "user pay" of $15 a day. Valet times are 8 a.m. til 11 p.m. or til 10:00 p.m. from June 1st - Oct 31st. Please check with valet if you need your car outside these times. Please park your car for 15 min. max in front, check-in and ask for my parking placard from mailbox 3018 and give to valet driver. You can't park your car with valet without a placard. Please return the parking placard upon check out or result in a $50 fee. Thank you!

Pool was okay, couldn't really get a spot in the sun because the other property owners / guests put their towels on their chairs at 7 am but didn't show up until 9 am. Could be a tip for your guests so they can enjoy it. Yes easily found shops.

Great stay overall. You really cannot beat the location. The host did a great job providing beach accessories, which made things very convenient for us.The space itself is small, but that was not an issue since we spent most of our time at the beach and exploring the area. The unit was clean and tidy when we arrived.The only small issue was that there was sand in the beach chairs from a previous guest, and it spilled out when we pulled them out. Aside from that, everything was in great shape.We would definitely return. Thank you for a great stay!

The room was very quant and clean. Night time was quiet and easy to get a good rest. It was perfect for my wife and myself. The staff in the hotel were helpful. We really enjoyed our stay! The water pressure was excellent, and the bed and lighting gave off such great relaxing vibes. It was a bit of a walk to Worth Ave, but just right for us—and being so close to the beach was perfect. Check-in and check-out were completely effortless, and the place was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, from beach towels to a Keurig. We also loved having a great coffee shop just steps from the door and Publix directly across the street—such a bonus. If we return to Palm Beach, we’d absolutely stay here again!

Car Pick Up Trip

My wife and I flew to Palm Beach to pick up a car she purchased. After picking up the car, we stayed at the Palm Beach Hotel Condos via Marilyn's condo. We had a fabulous stay and really enjoyed the unit. It was nicely furnished and had an extremely comfortable bed. We would definitely stay there again!

I was the founder and proud owner for 21 years of the Cabins at Seven Foxes in beautiful Lake Toxaway, NC but sold in the fall of 2021. We decided to build a new home in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and also purchased condos at the Historic Palm Beach Hotel Condominiums. I have been designing homes for friends and family for years so have an eye for decor. I am married with a grown family but love to keep busy.

Why they chose this property

I was first introduced to this building in the spring of 2021 and fell in love with the potential of this historic hotel. Since we decided to move our primary home from Atlanta, GA to Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, I decided to purchase three studios in the building. This unit was renovated in 2015 but I added my personal touches and updated to make my guests enjoy their stay.

What makes this property unique

The previous owner raised the ceiling to 10 ft. and added overhead light in the tray ceiling. The his/her closets are a great feature. The bathroom has stone tile on the walls and throughout. I will update the walls this summer to bring extra light and add my colorful touches. Being on the third level gives an advantage of no street noise.
